The Cultivation of the Human Dosha Constitution
and its Electrochemical Forces and Field
Earth (body); Water (mind); Fire (emotions) & Wind (spirit)

“There is no such thing as a healthy body without a healthy mind and a healthy spirit!” “Complete and optimum health of body, mind, emotions, and spirit is the mark of true happiness!” The Omega Health System is a spiritual system (a system of energies and their frequencies). It is designed and engineered to cultivate complete and optimum health of the individual human being (spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically). The purpose of creating The Omega Health System was not to provide an alternative to conventional medical treatment, and surely not to achieve monetary success, but definitely to provide a dynamic method of cultivating complete and optimum health of my spiritual students and disciples in their challenging journey and diligent pursuit of a spiritual reality. Spirituality We are spiritual life forms (human souls), facilitated by a physical vehicle (the human body). It is our destiny as humans that we discover our spiritual reality; become conscious of the human spirit (soul) and its creator (the Omnipotent; Supreme Architect; Infinite Mind of Intelligence or God); conduct a spiritual life of righteous living, and commit ourselves wholeheartedly to our divine role in the scheme of human destiny. Although we are spiritual life forms, we are not instinctively aware of the existence of the human spirit (soul). “Spiritual awareness (soul consciousness) is prerequisite to living a successful life of spirituality.” A revolution in human consciousness has become a mandatory enterprise of human endeavor if we are to avoid extinction and become Ascending Beings toward the realm of human perfection.” Spirituality simply means cultivation of the human spirit and its development of consciousness and expression. Spirituality has no affiliation with religion. The practice of spirituality is a human endeavor of enormous difficulty; tremendous trials and tribulations, and a mandatory challenge of human transformation (a transition from a physical reality to a spiritual reality); yet its spiritual reward of a serene state of mind and emotions called – “divine happiness” justifies its spiritual journey of complex conditions and circumstances. The main reasons that spirituality is so intricate are that we are born into a physical world of material lifestyles. Our consciousness is manipulated by cultural conformity. And our individual reality is governed by sensation (the five senses). In other words our physical reality is a construct of that which our eyes, ears, nose, tongue and nerves experience. “Physical reality is contrary to the reality of the spirit.” The brain is programmed to respond to physical reality according to the dictates of the ego, rather than the destined program of the soul. As long as the ego dominates the driver’s seat and controls the steering wheel of the physical vehicle (the body) the soul will remain unconscious and inactive. Soul consciousness and the activity of its destiny are absolutely necessary in order to make the transition from a physical reality to a spiritual reality. Religion calls this necessary human transition “Spiritual Rebirth.” In the Zen practice of spiritualism we call this wonderful revelation of the human soul, “Spiritual Transformation.” A Spiritual Transformation is not a sacred ritual induced by a religious authority that results in an instant transforming of the individual human being. A Spiritual Transformation is a long and challenging journey of solitude, sacrifice, suffering and celibacy; a path that causes the spiritual practitioner to travel within (the direction toward the soul). This abstract journey of cultivation of the human soul is a dynamic experience of spiritual purification in which unrighteous habits of thought, behavior, lifestyle and character are eradicated through the purging flames of the “Sacred Fire” of suffering, sacrifice and service. It is mandatory that the spiritual practitioner experience detachment from worldly desires, material possessions and emotional relationships, in order to exalt human consciousness and transform character, personality and habits of thought and behavior. And most importantly, the spiritual practitioner must discover the power of “divine love” as a universal force and administer its dynamic energy harmlessly toward humanity as a divine agent. In other words the spiritual practitioner must become a new and divine person, with a spiritual identity and divine agenda so profound that it consumes his consciousness and expression with the daily deeds and duty of the Divine Will; a spiritual way of life showered with the dynamic reward of divine happiness. The Human Dosha Constitution and Its Electrochemical Forces and Field Professors at the University of Yale have discovered that the plane occupied by human life is in reality an electro-dynamic field. “Man is born actually within such dynamic field of existence, he lives out his life therein; and the field contains in itself those interacting forces which give play and direction throughout the whole of the life span.” Dr. H.S. Burr and Dr. F.S.C. Northrop are the professors that discovered this field, and named it “the electrical architect.” The nature of the field and the fundamental processes taking place within it seems appropriately named and best designed to give character to both aspects of the field. The Omega Health System is centered upon this “electrical architect.” My theory, if I may call it that, so as to not offend the investigative evidence of scientific process, is that this electrical architect is composed of the four dosha elements; their electrochemical frequencies and the mechanics of the constitution. Wind, water, fire and earth are the elements; spirit, mind, emotions and body are the constituent mechanisms of systems and processes, and wind/water (the spiritual mind); fire/water (the emotional mind), and earth/water (the physical mind) are the electro-chemicals. The mind (water) is the medium of the body, emotions and spirit. And water (mind) is the dominant element of the dosha constitution. Its hydroelectricity is the energy that forms the network of frequencies between the body, mind, emotions and spirit that make up the matrix of the “electrical architect.” When the electrical architect within the human body and the Supreme Architect (Chi; divine love, or God) within the universal body join field forces, the frequency of the human body is exalted to levels of vibrations far and beyond the frequency levels that host diseases, sickness and ill health of the body. Cultivating the body, mind, emotions and spirit to optimum conditions of functionality is what the theory and concept of The Omega Health System is all about. Spiritual Health Spiritual health is being defined as the optimum condition of functionality of the human spirit (soul). The optimum condition of the human spirit (soul) is the functionality of the “Law of Being” (individual destiny). “When we become conscious of our soul and execute the functionality of the divine purpose of our existence as humans we align ourselves as micro-organisms with the perfect health system of this infinite macro-organic universe.” “To evolve into gods is the natural destiny of human evolution. Perfection of the individual life form is the genuine purpose of humanity.” The law governing the greatest affects upon spiritual health is the “Law of Karma.” Every thought we think; every action we make, and every emotion we feel makes an imprint upon the “Akashic Records” of cosmic consciousness that is governed by cause and effect. No action, whether it is abstract or concrete; good or bad, goes unaccountable by reaction. When karma is thoroughly understood we realize that our conduct of goodness, righteousness and loving behavior towards others influences the energy of the spirit to higher levels of frequency. The greater the frequency of the human spirit the greater the level of its health. According to Dr. Robert O. Becker in his book “The Body Electric,” “The human body has an electrical frequency, and that much about a person’s health can be determined by their electrical frequency. Frequency is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between two points.” “Everything has a frequency.” You have probably noticed by now that spiritual health certainly does not entail the service of costly treatment or the use of side effect drugs. It is centered upon discipline and the will, desire and determination to experience optimum value and reward of being a conscious human spirit (soul). “If only you knew the history of human existence compared to other life forms of the universe, you would probably be as excited and ecstatic as I am to be human and to be conscious of my destined role in the scheme of human destiny.” “Positivism is a frequency upon which spiritualism thrives.” Love is the greatest and most positive of all frequencies in the universe. Its polarity is infinite; therefore, its frequency is immeasurable. “Love makes the world go round,” is a popular metaphor, yet a dynamic reality. Although love might take on other names such as prana, chi, ki, etc. its universal energy permeates all time, space and dimensions. For a more comprehensive realization of this spiritual health system and its dynamic concept let us define universal love as God. “The closer we get to God the more potent our frequency become.” A relationship of oneness with God is mandatory in maintaining optimum spiritual health. A relationship with God begins through communication. The process by which we communicate with God is called meditation. Meditation is an exalted state of consciousness in which we deliberately raise our level of electrical frequency in order to contact one of the many band widths of God’s infinite frequency. The higher our individual frequency the greater our communication is with God. (Remember that the goodness (Godliness) we conduct as our daily deeds and divine duty is also a form of relating to God.) Unlike conventional prayer where God is emotionally summoned and expected to answer individual prayers of personal and often material requests; meditation is the reception of wisdom (divine and intelligent data regarding the manifestation of the Supreme Master Plan). In the sacred ritual of meditation we ask God for the wisdom, knowledge, understanding and strength to help execute the Divine Will. The execution of the instructional data of wisdom in the form of service reaps divine reward for the spiritual practitioner. In The Omega Program we have a sacred prayer of meditation called the Ahkquraam. This ritual of meditation takes place three times a day. The first prayer takes place at sunrise as we receive the purest rays of the sun. We pray for wisdom to instruct and guide us along our spiritual journey of truth. The second prayer takes place at noon, or when the rays of the sun are at their most potent position – perpendicular to the Earth. We pray for strength to support our struggle against the obstacles and negative forces that occupy the path of truth. And the third prayer is performed at sunset. We give thanks to the almighty Infinite Mind of Intelligence (God) and count the blessings of a cultivated spirit of exalted consciousness, which generates an enormous appreciation of the spiritual reality and life that we are leading every day in truth. “Without a constant relationship with God through daily meditation, spiritual life eventually succumbs to unconsciousness and the individual is lead astray by spiritual illusions.” In our associations and relationships with others the conductivity and transference of God’s love takes the form of agape (unconditional love). Agape is not an erotic love, nor is it an emotional love. It is a pattern of harmless behavior with loving expression toward fellow human beings that constitutes actions of righteousness and goodness. Agape introduces us to one of the greatest lessons of the teaching of Jesus Christ, “Love thy enemy as thy self.” Loving someone unconditionally, of which you certainly do not like, or particularly having negative feelings for, is a matter of concern for your spiritual health. Allowing negative thoughts, feelings and actions to lower your electrical frequency is spiritually unhealthy. As I mentioned earlier, “The development of Spiritual health is a monumental revolution of living.” Mental Health Mental health is being defined as the optimum condition of functionality of the human mind. The mind is an electromagnetic force field generated by neuron activity of the brain. This simple definition hardly describes the most astounding and complex mechanism on earth. Because the mind’s existence and function bears an inseparable relationship with that astonishing organ called the brain, it is quite appropriate to refer to it as the brain/mind “The desire of the human ego is insatiable by nature.” When physical pleasure cease to exist due to its finite nature, and pain generates dissatisfaction the ego takes a pain reliever and selects a different object to desire. Pain “killers” viciously bombard the body’s natural chemistry and attack the nerve cells while delivering awesome side effects and poisonous toxins to the body’s organs and vital systems, particularly the nerve system and immune system. When the body’s natural defense mechanism has been tremendously weakened a host of bacteria, germs, and viruses invade the cellular and tissue communities and establish their parasitic empires of disease then proceed to launch a cancer campaign against the human body. The relief of pain and other so called miracle medications eventually numb the nerve system and take toll upon the optimum function of the human body. This alarming state of ill health interferes with the ego’s appetite for pleasure and human reality becomes unbearable. Eventually the ego develops the desire for a new reality; a state of mind of relief from the hell created by disobeying the laws of Nature. The ego orders the brain/mind to create chemical substances that alter consciousness and render the normal reality unconscious. “Alcohol, recreational drugs and other chemical substances have become a social norm of our drug culture. And altering human consciousness and escaping social reality has become part of the American way!” Whether a person is using or not using chemical substances, the mere fact that the ego is the operator of the brain/mind means that its obsession of worldly desires distracts its conscious awareness of the dire need of mental health. As the Grand Master and creator of my own Martial Arts system and its philosophy, I have the authority to structure the concept, methodology and techniques of my system according to the goals that I have established for the spiritual cultivation of my precious students and disciples. Having had the fortunate experience and destined opportunity to study Martial Arts in the Orient under an amazing Zen teacher, my mind is cultivated toward the spiritual world of martial arts, which embraces self-discipline over the sole practice of self-defense. In regards to self-defense in our modern day society, the advancement of powerful weaponry; the common accessibility of lethal weapons by the average citizen, and the epidemic of street violence, create unfavorable circumstances for empty handed techniques of Martial Arts to be an application of intelligence. I teach my student what I call spiritual self-defense, which is centered upon the “law of karma” and the “law of being.” If you treat people with genuine love, sincere respect, and generous goodness your energy frequency will vibrate far above the attraction of things that are of destructive nature. And if you execute the purpose of your destiny you won’t be in the wrong place at the wrong time of fatal circumstances. The reason that I strongly feel that Martial Arts is so dynamic for physical, mental and spiritual training is because it promotes self-consciousness, self-confidence, self-discipline, self-respect, self-worth and self-esteem. In addition to the fact that each stage of Martial Arts progress and development is emotionally and spiritually rewarding, recognition of diligent training is also acknowledged by the ceremonial presentation and awarding of trophies, plaques and medals, along with the changing of colors and stripes of the uniform belts. Physical Health Physical health is being defined as the optimum condition of functionality (physiology) of the human body. Optimum body functionality includes appropriate movements of muscles, and operations of organs and systems. Physical health is categorized into three areas and three forms of development. The three areas of development are exercise, diet and discipline. And the three forms of exercise are Martial Arts, swimming and athletics. Function of the Muscles The muscle concept of this dynamic health system considers the muscles and the condition and function of the overall muscle skeleton to be one of the most importance mechanical systems of functionality of the entire human body. Therefore, muscle development; muscle therapy, and optimum care are a very necessary and mandatory aspect of The Omega Health System. Between the ages of 50 and 55 years old the normal bone skeleton reaches its maximum growth and development stage. As bones begins to weaken and muscles begin to decline in the activity of movement and specific performance, the muscle mass of the body begins to take stressful toll upon the bone skeleton, particularly the back and spinal area, which most likely leads to bone ailments such as arthritis and osteoporosis. And also the process of aging normally generates a mal condition of the muscles known as sarcopenia. To counteract such drastic decrease in physical health the muscle skeleton must be developed to optimum levels of strength, flexibility and stamina that provide the human body with enough framework stability to relieve the stress of the bone skeleton and develop greater performance of the muscle skeleton. Such a human feat of muscle art form is achieved by moving as many voluntary muscles of the body as possible on a daily, if not regular basis, through a program of muscle strength, flexibility, stamina, and performance activity. “Progressive development of the muscles of the musculoskeletal system; its therapeutic treatment, and muscle maintenance is an art form in The Omega Health System.” According to The Omega Health System the very best forms of exercise for optimum muscle development, conditioning and performance are Martial Arts, Swimming and Athletics. This health system recommends Tai Chi and Yoga as the best forms of Martial Arts exercise. The slow motion forms of graceful movements of Tai Chi practice are considered the lowest impact exercise of muscle strength for the maximum energy and health results. Yoga is by far the best exercise for developing muscle flexibility and elasticity. And per time frame of the body’s physical locomotion and cardiovascular exercise, swimming activates more bodily movements and generates greater overall muscle development than any other single exercise in the world. “At my peak of health I swim 100 laps on a daily basis. My physical, mental and spiritual condition at such a level of aquatic ability and performance gives me an extraordinary high of emotional ecstasy due to my optimum state of physical health.” Athletics is an outstanding hybrid of exercise, development, challenge; performance and enjoyment. The more talented and skillful an athlete becomes in performing a particular sport the less consciousness the activity registers as an exercise. The less the activity registers awareness as an exercise the longer the enjoyment of exercising. The enjoyment of exercise is the most economical way of benefiting from exercising; therefore, athletic participation is the most recommended daily activity of recreational exercise. Function of the Organs The organs make up a harmonious community of vital operations that sustains the life force of the human body. When the health of an organ is disturbed its lack of function will eventually cripple the harmonious workings of the entire organ community. An ill organ can jeopardize the life condition of the body. When major organs such as the brain, heart and lungs become seriously ill death will inevitably conquer the body.
Body chemistry is the major support of the community of organs. Nutritional food; sufficient water supply; healthy blood and its proper circulation; natural body chemicals; adequate solar radiation; and sufficient supply of oxygen will give ample support to the body’s inherent healing mechanisms. Foreign substances and chemical drugs are unnecessary in maintaining the body’s optimum condition of health. Such chemicals invade the biological systems and suppress the body’s defense mechanism; polluting the body with toxic side effects. The Function of Body Systems There are 10 major life systems and 4 subsystems of the human body. They function in conjunction with all of the organs. These life systems also depend greatly upon natural body chemistry and the body’s proper level of electrical frequency. Discipline Discipline is the major reason that martial arts are mandatory throughout the entire spiritual movement of Nungkyyii. It is the framework of my philosophy and the heart of my success as a Grand Master Martial Artist, Zen Master and 21st Century Philosopher. As a martial artist for 5 decades I am absolutely convinced that the disciplinary training and spiritual practice of martial arts is far superior to any other form of discipline. My statement is not so adamant because martial arts is my life long love and passion as a die hard practitioner, but because of its personal factors of reward that have such dynamic effects upon the cultivation of self-consciousness; self-confidence; self-discipline; self-respect; self-worth and self-esteem. Each step of self-development is reflected by respect, recognition and reward. Martial arts tournaments and ceremonial awards are special events that highlight the practitioner’s experience of being a martial artist, and amplify the meaning of practicing such a dynamic art form. In Martial Arts the uniform provides a very unique identity with the practice and training of the art. Unlike sweat suits, gym shorts or other athletic uniforms that are worn with little if any conscious thought; the gi, as it is called in martial arts, conjures a vivacious spirit of sacredness that has been traditionalized in the Orient for centuries. When the gi is adorned by conscious spirit of the art, and the belt is formally tied with accurate symmetry, the karate uniform (gi) seems to come alive with the magic of motivation and enthusiasm to diligently train and practice with zeal. The patches and color of belt that adorns the uniform are also very significant and meaningful to the Martial Arts practitioner. They signify personal achievement and represent certain rank in the hierarchal system of Martial Arts. As students climb the ladder of rank their belt color and stripes not only represent advancement in the art, but also represent physical, mental and spiritual transformation of consciousness, character and conduct. I have 40 years of experience as a martial arts teacher and I have witnessed the transformative power of self-discipline as it has revolutionized the lives of a greater portion of my students and disciples. There is a very emotional state of pride that overwhelms me when students and disciples track me down years later and thank me for being such a major influential factor in the success of their lives. I eagerly look forward with great excitement with my health system finally getting the right opportunity to prove its success due to the dynamics of discipline. Exercise As mentioned earlier, the number one choice of exercise is Martial Arts. And the reason is because it is so demanding of the individual’s progress of body, mind and spirit. The Martial Arts system of Nungkyyii is a wholesome experience of dynamic learning of techniques; katas; movements; coordination; balance; discipline; meditation; Yoga; Tai Chi; Zen, and Philosophy. This unique curriculum of physical, mental and spiritual exercises is geared toward the total development of the complete individual (body, mind, emotions and spirit). Movement is the nature of life. The capacity of movement determines the quality of the body’s condition. To leap into the air with acrobatic movements becomes a fading glimmer of possibility as we encounter the process of aging. Unfortunately the conformity of our culture programs us to accept inactivity as a rewarding form of retirement. And we allow our body to give its musculoskeletal system the liberty to become inactive. Inactive muscles are the culprit of arthritis and a host of other muscular pains and ailments. It is very important that the idea of losing weight does not become and obsession and sole purpose of exercising. A loss of weight does not confirm a sound condition of health. The capability of muscle movements on various levels of execution are so demanding upon the body that without constant improvements of health the movements are virtually impossible. Therefore, the capability of executing movements on the levels of demanding performance upon which the progression of muscle development requires is far more important than losing weight. It is also important to understand that bone mass contributes to body weight. People with large bones should not expect to lose unreasonable amounts of weight. In the exercise system of Nungkyyii the most important exercise is breathing. Because breathing is an involuntary movement of muscles we take our respiratory system for granted in our daily life. Breathing is the only function that the human body can not do without past 5 or 10 minutes. This statement reflects just how crucial breathing is to the process of life. The greater the demand of muscle expression of the exercises, the greater the need of oxygen in the blood and the greater the pressure upon the lungs to deliver such sufficient oxygen. These demands require greater development of lung muscles. There are 12 breathing exercises in the martial arts system of Nungkyyii that is designed to develop the lungs to progressive stages of compatibility with the demand for stamina and overall body function. The most important muscles of the body regarding exercise and body conditioning are the abdominal muscles. Abdominal muscles are the most facilitating muscles of the human body. Every movement of our lower limbs is stomach connected. And every movement of our upper torso, whether such movement is forward, backward, or sideways it sets abdominal muscles in motion. Therefore, weak abdominal muscles hinder the levels of movement of the body. Due to the fact that abdominal muscles are primarily assigned to stomach activity and the system of digestion, when digesting is in the process mode of operation, stomach muscles are restricted of adequate strength for exercising. It is very unproductive to exercise immediately after eating or on a full stomach. I dare not spend time talking about the sad condition of the average human stomach, or “spare tire” as humor has it. The human abdomen is the most abused group of muscles of the entire body. Eating has become a social addiction and normal means of coping with the unfavorable circumstances of individual reality. Most humans live to eat rather than eat to live. Due to this sad and prevalent condition of the human stomach, my exercise program focuses upon abdominal develop as the threshold of body development. This is the most demanding area of discipline of the entire health program, because a regimented program of diet; moderate quantity of food consumption; strict schedule of eating and periodic fasting is mandatory. As the health and the condition of the abdomen begins to display obvious progress of development so does the physical shape and appearance of the stomach. When practitioners who haven’t seen their genitals first hand in years, can recognize their organs without a mirror, a revolution in health has taken place on such a level that creates a profound smile that requires surgery to be removed. Exercise is a mandatory function of organic life. In the lower kingdoms of life the activity of exercise is a natural mode of survival. In the human kingdom the activity of exercise is not considered to be a means of survival; therefore, exercise has been deemed unnecessary and considered a nuisance of our time and effort in the pursuit of our lifestyles of hedonism. “Inactivity is considered the major culprit of ill health and proper exercise is its panacea.” The Omega Health System wholeheartedly aims to make exercise as much a part of the practitioner’s lifestyle as any form of entertainment. I proudly introduce The Omega Diet, a water based diet of spiritual nutrition that is founded upon “vegetarianism.” I certainly hope that my diet will escape the social stigma of conventional diets as a weight loss hoax and gimmick of nutrition. This is not your average commercial diet that is aimed at the masses for huge profits. In fact, The Omega Diet is strongly deemed very unsafe for those participants who are not committed to achieving a spiritual reality and living a spiritual way of life. My definition of a diet according to my philosophy of health is a systematic intake of proper nutriments for the adequate nourishment of the body, in order to achieve the optimum function of its systems of health. As a system of health a diet must take considerations of adequate schedules of eating and fasting, and the individual’s personal biochemistry; particular their dosha constitution; metabolism; frequency of energy; activity level, and environmental reaction force. For this significant reason The Omega Diet does not consist of a host of particular foods to be eaten. As long as the source of intake is fresh organic fruits, nuts, gains and vegetables (preferably raw vegetables), then your digestive system and natural body chemist will gladly inform you as to which foods are correct for abdominal acceptance and which foods are not; therefore, it is left up to the dieting practitioner to individualize the vegetarian food contents that best suits his or her nutritional needs, digestive function and personal appetite. The Omega Diet is a water based diet and lots of it! Because of the body’s extremely high volume water demand, all other beverages are excluded from the diet. However, fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are consumed during the meal, and sometimes as an intake of nutrients designed to chase away the illusions of hunger. Allow me to give a brief elaboration of the vital importance of a significant body supply of H2O (water). Water is the most necessary nutrient throughout the entire organic kingdom. It composes 60% of the human body; 70% of all cells; 70% of the brain; 83% of the blood, and 90% of the lungs, with a necessary intake volume of 2.4 liters of water per day. “It seems to me that the human body has its own ocean!” I am yet to read about an expert on water that is more of an advocate of drinking water for health reasons than Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, author of the book titled, “Water: For Health, for Healing, for Life: You’re Not Sick, You’re Just Thirsty.” Dr. Batmanghelidj has proven that dehydration is a major cause of most illnesses of the human body. The lack of hydrates allows chemical imbalance and causes acidity levels to become toxic and harmful to the body. Coffee, milk, alcohol, and other thirst quenching beverages do not provide sufficient water supply to the body, particularly to the cellular community. In fact such liquids promote dehydration. Membranes of cells of the body will only allow pure water to filtrate the membranes through a process called osmosis. Beverages do not cooperate with cellular osmosis; the tissue pores of the cellular membrane are much too small to absorb any other liquids other than water. When the body has a shortage of water there is a hierarchy of command for the water supply. The brain is the commander-in-chief when it comes to water rights, and cells are last on the chain of command for water. With the brain demanding 70%, the lungs 90% and the blood 83% of water, when there are shortages of water supply the cells are the first to experience dehydration. Dehydration at the cellular level initiates tissue deterioration and cancer is given an invitation to start its empire. The Omega Diet recognizes the crucial importance of water and recommends that its practitioners only drink water as the choice of beverage, complimented only by fresh squeezed vegetable and fruit juices at meal time. “Water is the holistic medicine of the new millennium!” As a vegetarian for over 4 decades I strongly advocate a vegetarian diet. My forty some years of experiential knowledge is represented as a role model of the health benefits of vegetarianism. Vegetarianism is no secret as a more nutritional, economical and healthier source of body fuel. I promise to refrain from bashing meat and criticizing its producers whatsoever, and focus on the intelligent reasons why the consumption of fresh organic raw vegetation is the healthiest food source on planet earth. The human body lacks the proper tools and equipment for a diet of sufficient carnival (meat) digestion. The human molars are structured for crushing food rather than tearing flesh from the bone. The intestines are very long and convoluted causing food to move arduously along the digestion process. Unlike meat, vegetation does not putrefy and turn toxic as it makes its long journey through the intestines to reach the excretion system. From the inadequate amounts of acidity in human saliva; bile in the human liver, and acid in the human kidney, it is quite clear that the natural diet for humans is vegetarian. I hope to persuade and encourage all of my students and disciples to decide to bring health to the very top of their value system, where it belongs. In order to accomplish such a worthwhile objective we must be ready, willing and able to bear the yoke of responsibility of such a serious revolutionary engagement. Responsibility begins with commitment, and commitment demands discipline. After 40 years of administering The Omega Health System to my students and disciples I am very well aware of the difficulty of discipline when it comes to confronting bad eating habits that have been ingrained into the behavior patterns of their lifestyles. Therefore, I had no choice but to create a very special diet and provide vegetarian meals for all of my students and disciples. If they had the discipline and commitment to faithfully eat only with the group at our dinning facility the diet proved its developmental magic upon the health system of each and every participant. I will be providing what I call a spiritual feast daily for all students and disciples, consisting of a delicious array of fruits, nuts, grains, juices and raw and cooked vegetables, accommodated by a positive atmosphere of relaxing music, and followed by singing and recitals of poetry. The Omega Diet is a program of spiritual nutrition. It is chiefly concerned with the body’s energy level and level of electrical frequency. Spiritual nutrients consist of alpha, beta, gamma sunrays; hydroelectricity; electromagnetism, and holographic micronutrients. The Omega Theory is that love forces the brain to secrete an electrical impulse that transforms into an electrochemical. The expression of faith also causes the brain to secrete an electrical impulse. The synthesis of both electrochemical impulses and the resonance of alpha, beta, gamma radiation produce an amazing spiritual elixir I call Rauhmjhe. This magic elixir creates an electrical field force that amplifies the body’s frequency and generates an Alchemic Assimilation Force Field located in the abdominal area. This force field contains holographic organizers that select micronutrients from plant holograms and supply the body with its proper nutriments and biochemistry. This production of spiritual nutrition is produced by spiritual alchemy.
Due to the presence of this magical elixir only one meal a day is necessary to be consumed. This single meal takes place after sunset when the rays of the sun no longer provide proper resonance of energy. During the day the practitioner participates in fasting and providing ample time of rest and recuperation for the enzymes and digestive system to regain their proper levels of biochemistry and operating strength. Only when the assimilation process and digestive system are operating at their optimum levels of function does adequate energy enters the blood stream. Remember, this diet is more concerned with proper energy of adequate frequency than it is with physical food. And also remember that this is a spiritual diet of spiritual energy that must be accommodated by a spiritual reality, a spiritual way of life and a spiritual relationship with the Divine (God). “I purposely saved this chapter of my health system for last because it is extensive in its length of content; interesting and enlightening; and certainly the most dynamic and most important of all of the chapters. I sincerely hope that my readers can grasp a comprehensive realization of the true meaning and crucial importance of emotional health, and acquire a thorough understanding of the dire necessity of the achievements of individuality and happiness.” “The nature of organic life is a situation of evolution (progressive growth and development); a condition of survival (conflict and struggle); and a circumstance of reward (individualsatisfaction).” Emotional health is being defined as the optimum functionality of the neurological system (nerve system) and its equilibrium of the experiences of struggle (pain) and reward (pleasure) – without any interruption of the body nature by any outside manipulation of chemical substances whatsoever. “Without the satisfaction of reward there is no incentive to encounter the struggle of survival; and without the relief of pain the will to live diminishes; therefore, appropriate reward and proper management of pain are very vital to human survival.” When the experience of pain dominates the experience of pleasure the neurological system suffers an imbalance and neurosis engenders. And visa versa, when the experience of pleasure is consistently repeated, while the experience of pain is consistently suppressed, an imbalance occurs and the nerve system struggles out of order. “The inseparable relationship and reciprocating cycle of pain and pleasure is an innate paradigm of the functionality of organic nature.” The words that best describe health are equilibrium and order. And the means by which equilibrium and order is developed and maintained is by obeying of the laws of Nature. “We live in a healthy organic universe because its natural laws and divine order is immutable and invincible.” The general cause of most bodily illness is an imbalance of the functionality of cells, organs, and systems; therefore, the chief cause of emotional illness is an imbalance of the functionality of the neurological system (nerve system). And the major culprit of emotional illness is the suppression, rejection and fear of pain. If they all had a choice, how many humans would rather dismiss pain permanently? What a tragedy it would be if we couldn’t feel the pain of a hot iron or a hot stove. “The manipulation of the human nerve system by chemical persuasion; induced pleasure and suppressed pain has become one of the most lucrative enterprises of our capitalistic social system.” Emotional health begins by rescuing the nerve system and its natural functionality from the lack of equilibrium (an imbalance of the natural patterns of the reciprocating cycles of pain and pleasure). In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “Nothing in this world is certain but death and taxes.” I say that pain is more certain than taxes. And sad, but true, if pain didn’t exist; correction! If pain was managed properly by the human mind, then the health care industry; pharmaceutical companies and the medical profession would have to find a way to generate pain in order to stay in business. Dr. Albert Schweitzer, an early 19th century physician, described pain as, “a more terrible lord of mankind than even death itself.” And The National Institute of Neurological Disorder and Strokes says, “An estimated one third, and possibly 85 % of all Americans will experience one or more grueling episodes of chronic pain in a life time.” Other research reveals that common pain conditions such as headaches, back pain and musculoskeletal problems cost American companies more than $6,000,000,000 per year in lost productivity and reduced employee performance. Chronic pain is a cash cow and a health monster all in one. The cash cow has been generating billions of dollars for decades. And the health monster has been discombobulating the health care industry for centuries. Billions of dollars are invested into research for pain killers. But hardly any research is conducted toward the mental ability of the human brain to manage pain. The placebo is sort of a hush hush approach to medical research. God forbid that a chronic pain sufferer should ever discover that 1 milliliter of sugar and 1,000,000 milliliters of faith (psychosomatics) will resolve a significant amount of pain. Need I go further in implicating the medical establishment, the economy and vested interest in the prevalence of chronic pain? I think not! What I do have to say about pain, certainly won’t give doctors whiplash, but it will turn the heads of my spiritual students and disciples regarding the redemption of pain suffering. Remember, according to The Omega Health System complete health has a chain of command (spiritual, mental, physical and emotional). Emotional health is last in command. This is not to say that emotional health is least important; quite the contrary. Emotional health is the zenith of my health system because it promises individuality and happiness. But spiritual health leads the health hierarchy. Without a healthy spirit an ill spirit will ensue and eventually start diminishing the human frequency. When the human frequency drops below 75 Hz the mind, body and emotions are susceptible to the destructive resonance of negativity. So when the mind and body is in equilibrium and synchronicity with the spirit the neurological system will perform its optimum function of administering pain and pleasure relative to the natural laws that govern human existence.
The one thing that I hope my students and disciples will learn and develop is the understanding that pain is a necessary and vital transmitter for indicating the body’s needs for care and protection, and that the development of self-discipline is a means by which the necessity of pain can be managed.
I dare not brag on the levels of recovery; the depths and types of illnesses, and the amount of students and disciples who have experienced successful results and grateful satisfaction from the benefits of The Omega Health System over the past 40 years. I am not a licensed physician; therefore, any cure of illness that I might administer is considered illegal and against the law, even if drugs, therapy and surgery are omitted. “Cure is an awesome nightmare of economics for the pharmaceutical companies and medical professions of treatment and therapy. God forbids if all sickness was cured and everyone enjoyed a life of excellent health. The economy would suffer spontaneous cardiac arrest and our culture would experience a social quake too vast to measure on the Richter Scale!” The operation of my health system is the expression of divine duty and the purpose of my destiny, not as a means of achieving wealth and fame; therefore, my health system is designed and exclusively reserved for the spiritual students and disciples of the spiritual movement of Nungkyyii. “Happiness is the zenith of emotional health.” Before I continue further, let’s pause and take my emotional health test. The number one test question is: Are you happy? If not, why not? The rest of my test questions are insignificant of order. Do spending great lengths of time alone with your self bring misery or serenity? Would you continue doing what you do with your life even if you won the lottery? Would you consider your relationship with your partner to be Honky Dory (ideal)? Do you have a sanctuary (a private space or time of quiet solitude where you can retreat; meditate; gather your thoughts and feelings, and resolve the emotional chaos that the normal paradigm of everyday life issues us on a routine basis)? Does your life have a sense of divinity and destiny (a relationship or association with the Omnipotent; the Supreme Architect; the Infinite Mind of Intelligence, or God; with conscious knowledge of your destined purpose for living)? This is not so much of a test of emotional well being as it is intended to be a revelation of consciousness; a wakeup call to the importance of your emotional health and how you feel about your life! Human reality presents us with a sophisticated form of survival that we proudly call civilization. As civilized as we think we are, we haven’t improved our emotional health to any significant level since the Stone Age. There is a greater presence of emotional health in the tribes of the jungle than there is in the societies of our civilization. The jungle tribesman is happier with a spear and a hut than the corporate executive is with a mansion and a Lamborghini! The more advanced modern civilization has become the greater the level of human suffering. We have paid a dear price for the evolution of human consciousness and its mechanism – the human intellect. Human consciousness and its mode of intelligence have been confined to a realization method of analytical thought (separation of the parts in search of the knowledge and understanding of the whole). By analyzing Nature through physical observation some how we came to the conclusion that we could control Nature; domesticate her forces, and make her subservient to human needs and desires. We named our sophisticated method of intelligence – science. Since then science has been stymied by the limitations of physical observation and the desired results of experimental evidence, which hoodwinked (blinded) science to the abstract essence of Nature. Analytical investigation of matter to its nth degree has revealed that its essence is energy. Energy can not be totally comprehended by analytical thought alone; therefore, science and human intelligence has reached a cul de sac of unreality that is self-destructive by the very method that gave birth to human consciousness – separatism. Separation of the part (man) from the whole (God) generated self-consciousness and led mankind astray from the Divine (spiritualism) path toward the path of the physical (materialism). Physical reality necessitates physical sensation (the five senses) – a means of exploration of the material world and navigation of the physical world. Our senses are also at a cul de sac of unreason. Reason has turned against itself and human reality is seriously infected by the present stage of unreason. We are overwhelmed by unreasonable music; fashion; entertainment; relationships, and culture. In short, humanity is under a dehumanizing assault by the very process of its own development – human evolution. The old humanity of intellectual consciousness is being replaced by a new humanity of intuitive consciousness. Analytical thought is being transformed to synthetic thinking. Energy has become more important than matter. The feminine is taking reign and being exalted above the masculine. And spiritual reality is taking precedence over physical reality. Change is taking place from every spectrum of human reality. “Fasten your seat belt for the revelation of biblical prophesies.” We are at an unprecedented stage and glorious moment in human destiny. As described by the ancient Chinese sages of Taoism, Lao Tzu and Confucius, “After exhaling for eons the Tao (the Omnipotent) will take its reciprocating breath of inhalation, in which a prime selection of qualitative ingredients and nutrients of life will be integrated into a new fertilization of birth,” – Homo Novus Androgynous (a new and complete individual human being). This new human being will be an individual of androgynous union – a whole person; a composition of the integration of the masculine and the feminine; a synthesis of the ego and the soul. This unique construct of individuality and dynamic process of human transition is call spiritual rebirth by religion, and spiritual transformation in the art of Zen. On a more layman level of comprehension, human survival will necessitate becoming a complete individual. The Omega Health System declares individuality and happiness as the human attributes of optimum emotional health. Individualism “This is the first time in human history that a social system and its culture have allowed enough personal freedom and independent lifestyle for its subjects to truly become individuals. What a marvelous and magnificent achievement for modern civilization. God bless America! Individualism is being defined as a concept that gives the individual the liberty and optimum opportunity, condition and circumstance to independently pursue his or her dreams and goals of social success; with an acquired responsibility of self-development of divine conscience; intelligent character, and moral conduct; so as to become a contributing asset of value to the collectivism of humanity. Individualism and collectivism are considered extreme opposites. Their pursuits seem to collide socially and economically. In order for the group to survive it must have the appropriate support of the individual. For individuality to thrive it must have the liberty to exercise its own independent will and pursuit of life according to individual desire. This social dilemma has rarely experienced a happy medium in civilizations past and present. Individuality with out a common goal of group function eventually engenders chaos, then brutality ensues and the strong enforces the law of “might makes right” upon the weak. The group that suppresses the development of the individual for the sake of group-function also stymies the development of the group. This social catch 22 has normally resulted in the suppression of the individual through the sophisticated methodology of cultural development. As I mentioned earlier, we are at a very rare, exciting and dynamic time zone of human destiny. The group (humanity) is self-destructing because the individual is self-destructing. We can’t save the group (humanity) without saving the individual first. Saving the individual is a very intricate task. It necessitates a transformation of consciousness, character and conduct – a human transition from a physical reality to a spiritual reality. “Spirituality is the only real solution to the dilemma of the harmonious function of individualism and collectivism. The individual can successfully live a spiritual life within the same dimensional time and space of the physical life of the group without any social chaos and economic suppression whatsoever.” By birth an individual is a one of a kind human being; a destined blueprint of spiritual nature that is as rare as a finger print. To become a complete individual the ego must sacrifice all worldly ambitions; material possessions; emotional relationships; and personal desires. The ego must give up the driver’s seat; let go of the steering wheel, and turn the vehicle (body) over to its divine and rightful owner – the human spirit (soul). The human soul (spirit) is a hologram of the Oversoul (God); therefore, it is programmed to carry out its divine pattern of God’s Will. This very intricate transition involving the ego and the soul creates emotional and mental conflict. This friction between the ego and the soul is what Zen calls entering the “sacred fire” of spiritual purification. The purging flames of suffering, sacrifice and service burns away the impurities of thought, behavior, emotions and character generated by the emotional life of the ego, whose selfish nature of insatiable desire has conformed to a life of hedonism, which corrupts the human flesh immorally. Conventionally we call these human behavior patterns of corruption and immorality sin. Spirituality is a sacred journey of abstract travel that leads the spiritual practitioner on a path within, toward the human soul. This spiritual journey is considered an experience of progressive development of soul consciousness. “The more we practice spirituality the more conscious we become of the human soul.” The ego is forced to develop faith, which is a direct assault upon the five senses. In the realm of faith and the application of belief there is no physical evidence for our senses to verify. The spirit world operates by intuition not by human intellect. To suppress judgment of the five senses in order to follow the dictates of the soul requires a bonding relationship of genuine love between the ego and the soul. Although the ego has an extremely selfish nature, it is not accustomed to self-love. The ego spends most of its love life loving someone else. It has been conditioned by social culture to depend upon being in a relationship with a partner. A relationship with a partner is interference in the development of individuality. “Self-love is the adhesive bonding that makes individuality possible.” Learning to love your self is not a simple task. It requires enough will, desire and determination to overcome the criticism and judgment of others. It also requires a substantial amount of strength (faith, intelligence and discipline) in order to maintain consistent and persistent expressions of diligence and zeal. And most importantly you need an intelligent environment of spiritual cultivation that is highly supportive and encouraging to the human endeavor of the self- development of self-love. “Successful individuality, according to my philosophy of Nungkyyii and my health system, demands that the practice of celibacy and a life of solitude be conducted until individuality has been achieved.” Celibacy is a very important lifestyle during the development of emotional health, because it helps revolutionize our sexual personality, and help change our patterns of sexual desire and sexual behavior that is most likely perverted from sexual naivety and ignorance. Because sex is such an extreme taboo subject in our society its truthful knowledge and intelligent understanding is socially and religiously suppressed. Sexual education is practically nil in our school systems. Our social system would rather implement rules and punishment regarding sexual behavior, rather than establish an intelligent curriculum that educates students on moral means and modes of establishing their sexual identity and patterns of sexual behavior. Abstinence of sexual intercourse for a substantial period of time contributes to breaking our old sexual habits of spontaneous lust, which exploits the true meaning of love. The activity of sex generates a frequency of energy that either adds or subtracts from the body’s overall frequency. Having sex without love creates opposing polarity of frequencies; therefore, promiscuous sex, driven by selfish desire and impulsive lust lowers the human electrical frequency and puts the immunity system and health system at risk. Solitude is a very powerful state of selfhood and a very dynamic opportunity, condition and circumstance of self-development. It has been observed that some prisoners serving long term sentences of solitary confinement undergo higher levels of transformation and rehabilitation than some who experience no solitude whatsoever. There is a very significant difference in involuntary solitude and voluntary solitude. The prisoner of solitary confinement can not regulate his experience of solitude. He can not take a break and socialize to gauge his level of progress of self development. The only mandatory behavior and regimented discipline of voluntary solitude that the spiritual practitioner encounters is the level of self-discipline his will power enforces upon himself. “Being alone doesn’t have to mean being lonely.” Solitude helps us resolve the emotional illness of loneliness. The nature of relationships is co-dependency. You depend on someone else’s behavior to support your state of emotions. When their behavior is contrary to your needs and desires your emotions undergo instability and insecurity. Because your behavior corresponds to every wish and command of your partner, the moment you are disappointed you accuse your partner of being emotionally irresponsible for your feelings. As an individual you should be responsible for your own feelings. After all, it’s your nerve system, why shouldn’t you take full responsibility for your own feelings? When we learn to love our self more than we love anyone else, emotional responsibility comes natural. We instinctively vanguard our emotional health because of the zenith of self development and its horripilating experiences of self-respect, self-worth and self-esteem. When self love becomes the foundation of our emotional health, relating to someone else is only an enhancement of our emotions. The person you have chosen to relate to can only take away what he or she added to your emotional health, but they surely can’t jeopardize your health by taking away what you have cultivated yourself. “Happiness is the reward for becoming a complete individual.” The new and complete individual is an autonomous organism; he or she is self-conscious, self-confident and self-disciplined; intelligent and educated; and highly equipped with divine conscience, righteous character, and moral conduct. Happiness This biblical scripture best represents what I call divine happiness. “Divine happiness is the true mark of optimum human health.” Generally speaking happiness is an experience of emotional pleasure. Scientifically speaking happiness is an electrochemical process of the pleasure region of the hypothalamus. And philosophically speaking happiness is an appropriate reward for deserving activity. It is the scientific and philosophical definitions that best suits my concept of emotional health. Starting from the scientific perspective the pleasure region of the brain is wired to our value system, which is programmed by desire and powered by the effort of human will. What we desire most with the greatest effort ranks highest in our value system. When we implement our desire through thought we trigger neuron cells that fire electro impulses, which transforms into peptides or neurotransmitters. These peptides are data messengers that travel through the pathways of the pleasure region and deliver the message that a value is in possession or being experienced. Upon this electrical communication the hypothalamus releases a chemical secretion (hormones) that stimulates the nerve system with pleasure. This process is economical regarding chemistry, energy and mechanics; therefore, stress is applied upon the nerve system requiring maintenance. In order for the nerve system to administer proper maintenance to its operation of pleasure it must disengage pleasure and engage pain (no pleasure) so that the chemistry, energy and mechanism that it takes to produce pleasure is serviced and restored to its proper condition of operation. “Pain is a necessary existence of the reality of pleasure.” When this natural neurological process of pain and pleasure is blatantly ignored and pleasure is abused the nerve system suffers a disorder and nerve cells are damaged during the process. A damaged nerve cell is insensitive to pain or pleasure. From a philosophical perspective struggle and reward are regulators of the nerve system. They assure that pleasure is in equilibrium with pain. When happiness is a reward for service rendered the pleasure if far more meaningful and satisfying than pleasure acquired from the possession of objects or experiences by the power of influence (authority or money). There are two types of rewarding happiness – material happiness and spiritual happiness, or what I call divine happiness. Material happiness is finite (limited). And spiritual happiness is infinite (unlimited). Allow me to clear up any misunderstanding pertaining to my use of the terms finite and infinite. Material objects such as a house, car or boat are finite because they are subject to the laws of thermodynamics and will eventually experience disintegration or destruction of form or function. Either way, the separation from an object of pleasure brings material happiness to an end and leads to the presence of pain. Spiritual aspects such as self-consciousness, self-confidence, self-discipline, self-respect, self-worth and self-esteem are infinite because they are characteristics of the soul. And the soul is an infinite hologram of the universal spirit (God). Chaos and destruction in the material world of human reality does not interfere with spiritual happiness. When we commit ourselves wholeheartedly to a life of spirituality; become conscious of the human soul; totally submit to the obedience of the Law of Being (individual destiny); strive to become a perfect human being, and develop a relationship of oneness with the Omnipotent; Supreme Architect; Infinite Mind of Intelligence, or God, we receive divine reward (happiness). I will end my chapter focusing on the importance that relationships contribute to emotional health. In general, complete health is a matter of electrical frequency of the body. The Omega Health System recommends that the human body frequency remain 75 Hz or greater at all times. Any negativity of activity or energy lowers the human frequency forcing compromise on the natural operation of all the cells, organs and systems of the body. “Positivism of activity and energy in a relationship is crucial to emotional health.” Arguments, anger, physical violence, psychological abuse or any negative demeanor whatsoever is detrimental to emotional health. Spiritual life demands that your relationships are spiritual (relating in manners of goodness and righteousness that best serve the development and well being of the human spirit [soul]). A spiritual relationship is governed by spiritual laws. The most important laws of spirituality are the law of attraction and the law of karma. We attract according to our level of magnetic frequency and the level of our karma (the human record of thought and behavior). The law of relationships states that a relationship begins with the harmonious union of spirits. This spiritual union is a merging of individual realities. This process must be cultivated without the interference of sexual activity. When souls are allowed to form a bond based upon the nature of the soul the relationship develops the realization of a purpose. Purpose is extremely important in a relationship. It cultivates the meaning of the relationship. Purpose also directs the relationship to its next phase of development – mental. A mental relationship means that thoughts are shared even at a distance. To think about your partner takes as much time as it does to physical relate. When a relationship starts out physical (sexual intercourse) you never get a chance to experience the splendor of joy that developing a psychic bond with your partner creates. I use to keep a collection of articles of couples who were married 50 years or longer. I was fascinated by the level of psychic communication they experienced at great distances. Some couples even claimed to pick up the phone with intentions of dialing their mate and communication begins without the phone having a chance to even ring. This is only a hint of the powers of a psychic relationship. The next stage of the law of relationships is emotional. “Genuine feelings produced by the relationship itself take quality time to develop and form a serious bond. This is why long time friends make better partners.” The feelings that develop because of the relationship and the feelings each partner brings to the relationship are very different feelings. Feelings brought to the relationship are mostly spurred by emotional desire, sexual urge or the relief of loneliness. If those feelings are immediately satisfied they either result in an emotional dependency or a temporary experience of pleasure. A relationship orchestrated by dynamic purpose that generates joyful meaning will manufacture emotional feelings in proportion to the growth and development of the relationship. When a relationship has been divinely cultivated spiritually, mentally and emotionally the physical relationship becomes the fruit of the harvest of the overall relationship. Rather than consider this kind of a relationship to be soul mates, I would prefer to call it a soul relationship. This concludes my chapter on emotional health. The Omega Health System was created from 40 years of my own experience; therefore, I stand as a role model and successful recipient of its wonderful benefits. Health, longevity and happiness are the greatest gifts of grace that the Divine (God) can bestow upon a human being. I hope that every deserving human being gets the golden opportunity to receive such magnificent grace. |
