Cry wolf about the world coming to an end has had so many past dates of prophetic predictions by divine authoritarians, that the ears of the majority of humanity have developed a serious case of catastrophe deafness. If scientists should warn us today of a cataclysmic event happening on Super Bowl Sunday there would be absolutely no reaction until half time. Our society has manipulated the consciousness of its citizenship toward materialism, product identity and consumerism. Human thought on the level of the masses has been manipulated and curtailed to a routine pattern of labor, leisure and consumption. This massive state of ignorance could easily erupt into a social nightmare if a major crisis should ever happen on a national scale or that of a global event. Such an occurrence would definitely put our human priorities in their perspective order. The last thing on our minds would be racism. War would be far removed from our thoughts: if a Teutonic plate half the size of North America should make a major shift and set off a large quantity of nuclear war heads buried beneath the earth's surface in clandestine places; if an asteroid the size of Canada should strike either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean, or if social panic should reach epidemic proportion from an extraterrestrial landing. The bottom line is that none of our nations on Earth are anywhere near adequate preparation to handle world crises of catastrophic proportion.

The writings have long lingered on the walls of human history. Past civilizations and their relics of ruins have left us conspicuous clues and undeniable evidence of nature's temperament of violent and destructive behavior. Yet we choose to ignore the possibility that we could face extreme expressions of nature's wrath, or possibly human annihilation in our own lifetime. It would insult the dynamics of human intelligence if the highest expression of human thought were just the transplanting of human organs, voyages to the moon and the creation of the computer. We have arrived at a stage in time of scientific wonder.

Our technological genus is capable of facilitating the wildest of our dreams and imagination. We need only to cultivate our intelligence and process our creative thinking to a grander scale of activity and establish more humane objectives than that of wealth, entertainment and pleasurable satisfaction. As a great philosopher once said, "Human intelligence is endowed with a responsibility of greater moral expression." Preparation for cataclysmic disaster on a global magnitude is a moral responsibility of the first class passengers of Space Ship Earth. Such a responsible, intelligent and futuristic mode of thinking has resulted in the creation of The Omega Project.

The Omega Project is a master plan of human survival, should catastrophe strike our planet in any form and on any level of human disaster. There is no reason not to be totally prepared to prevent human extinction and preserve such an advanced civilization of astounding science and technology. The purpose of human survival will establish a single objective of our planet that will reach far beyond the boundaries of individualism, racism, socialism and nationalism. This very important humanitarian project will summon the intelligent and responsible commitment of the greatest minds aboard Spaceship Earth. A major destruction of life on earth would place immediate and mandatory demand for an entirely new and very different type of cultural social order. Such a plan of survival will call for the integration of human intelligence, the organization of new patterns of human behavior, and the humanization of science and technology. Human priorities will take on a new agenda, centered upon the consciousness and development of the human spirit and its evolutionary destiny, rather than upon individual desire, physical values and materialistic possessions. 

The Omega Project is scheduled to manifest and direct its master plan of human survival aboard the Galactic Starship Omega. This huge starship-biosphere will contain a habitat measured at 9 miles in diameter – and will host a colony of 100,000 crew members, 100,000 adult professionals and a social structure of 300,000 youth. This survival city of techno-scientific wonder will be constructed on the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, located a few miles off shore from our Space Embassy on the Island of Puerto, Rico. This space vessel will be powered by a new energy break through in atomic condensates, ultra light wave lasers, super antimatter reactors and extraordinary magnetic field forces. The design, construction and engineering of Galactic Starship Omega will be a joint effort between the most intelligent scientific minds on Earth, in collaboration with an associate group of extraterrestrial scientists from a distant galaxy.

Galactic Starship Omega will be a magnificent masterpiece of technological and scientific marvel, estimated to cost in the neighborhood of $6,000,000,000,000 – with an anticipated completion date of 2050 AD. Due to the dynamic assistance of Alien technology, our Starship will be equipped with the power of warp drive, possessing some incredible technical maneuverability, such as: traveling at unimaginable velocity, several times the speed of light, for outer space visitation of other civilizations of far away galaxies; hovering indefinitely in the sky to escape earthquakes, floods, wind storms, and any other ground level catastrophes; and the capability to submerge beneath the ocean to avoid any dangers that radiation or contamination of the atmosphere may impose on human life, including that of man's own nuclear blunders.

The vision of life in the Omega City is being engineered to manifest a reality of a Utopian Future. Personal liberty will be the most cherished value of our social system. Individual freedom and its expression will take precedence up to the point of bodily harm, civil disobedience, social disruption, destruction of property and immoral behavior. Our socialism will be made up of a hybrid of a synergetic synthesis of collectivism and individualism, where the group takes precedence over the individual. The group will nurture the individual so that the individual shall willfully secure, protect and support the development, function and well being of the group. We will be the first society in human history to adopt a prefigurative culture (a culture in which the accelerated knowledge and experience of the young renders them capable of teaching and guiding their elders) coined by the late anthropologist, Margaret Mead. Our prefigurative society will be managed by a social system cultivated and operated by extremely intelligent and well educated youth. Adults will only serve as starship crew members, professionals, educators and political consultants to the function of our society. Youth, health and happiness will establish the status symbol of our utopian commune.

Our culture will demand social patterns of continuing human development of body, mind and spirit as a mandatory style of living. Physical, mental and spiritual health along with longevity will structure the framework of the project's lifestyle. Our progressive education system – Exceptional Education and its methodology of teaching and learning – DAVE (Dramatic Audio-Visual Experience), will be a mandatory system of non-stop progressive and permanent learning from womb to tomb. Every citizen will be technically, academically and spiritually educated. Spirituality and simplicity will be the cultivating elements of our civilization. Spirituality will keep human consciousness progressively developed and focused upon the realization of the human soul and the Over soul (God). Simplicity will economically organize our means of making a living; create surplus time for greater development of the self and its gratification and satisfaction of desires; remove complexity from our life and our language, and give greater meaning to the words we choose to speak, and demand honesty and integrity in the way we relate.

Human relationships will witness a revolution in its forms of attractions, connectivity, communication and commitment. Relationships of love will abandon the old standards of possessive courtship, recreational sex, co-dependency, restriction of liberty and the selfish bondage of marriage. Individuals will identify the three-fold existence of the self (ego, personality and soul) and of being (body, mind and spirit), and acknowledge the necessity of total union of the human unit. Oneness of self and being will create the state of Androgyny (harmonious union of the feminine and masculine nature). Androgyny creates emotional and psychological independence within the individual. This higher state of being and consciousness cultivates greater standards of virtues, morals and principles, and force an intelligent order and pattern in the art of relating. Since each Androgen person is emotionally and psychologically independent, he or she will only enter a relationship with another person of Androgen existence who is compatible in emotional and psychological stability. The love of self will eliminate emotional deprivation that causes desperation to drive people into relationships for selfish reasons of relief of loneliness and comfort from pain. An Androgynous relationship is an intelligent choice of relating that escapes the emotional traps, human violence and destruction of the human spirit by abandonment, separation or divorce. Harmonious relationships of Androgynous states of being will cultivate love to astounding levels of human expression that rises above the negative forces of destruction. Reaching a state of self-consciousness and a harmonious relationship between the higher and lower self will be the recommended stage in which an individual is most capable of accomplishing a successful relationship with others of the same level of self-achievement. The judgment of a person's features of beauty and physical appearance will take a back seat to the judgment of their intelligence, character and quality of their soul.

Becoming a greater human being will be the major focus of obtaining greater personal worth, and wealth will be measured in terms of condition of health. The qualifications of intelligence, education and social skill will structure the hierarchy of government. Technology will focus on the survival of the human race and the facilitation of the continuing process of human evolution. Social ills such as: poverty, violence, addictions, substance abuse, use of alcohol and tobacco, hunger, crime and deplorable conditions of living will carry a zero tolerance policy. Human happiness will be the goal of the individual and God consciousness will be the objective of the collective whole of the society.

The Omega Project is actually a product of the evolution of human thought in culmination with human destiny. The human race stands at the threshold of the greatest transformation in the history of human evolution. Human consciousness is being exalted to a frequency of cosmic energy, created by the human brain's development of a functional phase cause by the merging of instinct and intellect into a mental power of intuitive comprehension. Intuition will become the brain's new mechanism of knowing. Observation will no longer be limited by the intellect and the object observed will not be restricted to the physical senses. Life as we know it will move beyond the appeal of the physical and embrace the spiritual. We will come to understand that true happiness has no material identity, and can not be discovered externally. We will learn that happiness is an electrochemical process initiated between the brain and the nervous system as a result of the continuous progressive development of self-consciousness, self-confidence, self-discipline, self-worth, self-respect and self-esteem. Evidence of the soul's existence will be realized through intuition and proof of the presence of the Infinite Mind of Intelligence (God) as an omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscience energy will be common knowledge to every level of humanity.
